GENERAL:

All goods supplied by us are sold only upon the following conditions. The use of this website or the placing of an order for any such goods includes acceptance of these conditions. You must be 18 years of age or over to use this website or place an order.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE:

Power Tool Outlet.ie reserve the right to accept, refuse or limit your order for any reason whatsoever and are not obliged to give its reasons for such a refusal or limit.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

Power Tool Outlet.ie will deliver to any destination in the 32 counties of Ireland at the following charges:

 

(1) Pallet Size Delivery (Large Machines):

 

Large machines may incur a delivery charge of €75.00 (Incl.VAT).  If a machine is included in this category this will be indicated under the price of the machine.

 

(2) Mini Size Pallet Delivery (Medium Machines):

 

Medium sized machines may incur a delivery charge of €45.00 (Incl. VAT). If a machine is included in this category this will be indicated under the price of the machine.

 

(3) Carton Delivery:

 

All normal Hand Tools and Power Tools will incur a charge of €8.95 per carton up to 30kg or part there of.

 

 

The complete delivery charge will be shown on the bottom of your order before you proceed with your payment details.   

 

 

DELIVERY:

 

Power Tool Outlet.ie aim to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 5 - 7 working days of receipt. In the event that this is not possible we will contact you. All orders up to 30kg in weight will be dispatched to you using our carrier service. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to have a forklift available where necessary to unload where pallet or mini-pallet deliveries are involved.

 All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure the information you submit contains your full delivery address and your land line and mobile telephone numbers. All deliveries will be during normal working hours Monday – Friday excluding Bank and Public Holidays.

 

IN-CORRECTLY SUPPLIED GOODS:

Please notify us immediately if any incorrectly supplied goods have been sent to you. It is your responsibility to inform us at sales@powertooloutlet.ie within 7 days of delivery if any item has been incorrectly supplied. We will then correct any error at no expense to you.

NON-DELIVERY:

Please notify us within 7 days from the expected delivery date of a non-delivery. Please email us at sales@powertooloutlet.ie

DELAY OF DELIVERY:

In the event that all or part of your order is not available, we shall notify you by e-mail/phone as soon as possible. We will attempt to keep you regularly updated on any items ordered that are likely to be on back order for more than 14 days. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the items(s). We will endeavour to delivery goods within the times stated but any dates we specify are approximate only and we will not be held liable for any delay or failure to achieve any delivery or other date.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS:

Undeliverable orders that have been despatched to the delivery address as supplied by the customer and consequently are returned to powertooloutlet.ie are subjected to a refund of the value of the products only (not including delivery charges) and less any applicable return costs charged by the carriers. There is also a 15% restocking charge applicable.

CLAIMS:

Please immediately inform us by email at sales@powertooloutlet.ie with problems you may have with your delivery. Please inform us within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept any liability unless we are notified within the 7 days of delivery.

DAMAGE OF DELIVERY:

Always examine the packaging or pallet at the point of delivery before signing for any packages. If the package or pallet appears to be damaged in anyway insist on writing a note on the carriers delivery consignment note. It is then your responsibility to inform us of any damage to products within 7 days of delivery.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY:

If you return an item because it was  incorrectly supplied We will exchange or refund the item(s) in full including the delivery charge and we will refund the cost of returning the item to us, providing return carriage charges are agreed in advance. In most instances we will instruct our carrier to collect on our account.

No credit, exchange or replacement will be allowed for goods defaced in any way.

Special orders or goods modified at the customers request are NOT Returnable.

All user manuals, warranty registration cards etc must be returned.

PERFORMANCE:

It is your responsibility to determine that the goods are sufficient and suitable for the purpose to which they are to be put. We shall in no way be held liable for any direct or consequential damage, loss or expense arising from any defect or inefficiency caused by any misuse of any item.

Items requiring assembly:

Certain items may need assembly prior to use. All machinery must be fuelled and oiled prior to first use. Hydraulic items may need bleeding or refuelling on receipt. Ordering of these items is on the understanding that the purchaser is competent or has employed someone competent to complete these tasks.

PRICING:

We reserve the right to make any price adjustments whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders published at the incorrect price.

 

BACK ORDERS:

If your item is not in stock or we cannot supply for any reason, we will endeavour to offer you an alternative product or place the item on back order. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY:

Your card details are not retained by this company.

 

 

GUARANTEE:

All goods supplied are covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty. If an item is faulty please contact us.  None of the above affects your statutory rights.

. Warranty: As the seller we make no warranties expressed or implied of performance, quality, durability or suitability of the product including its fitness for the purposes and uses of the customer. The only warranties applying to products sold, are those specifically provided for by the manufacturer. The obligations of the seller are limited to repair or replace of defective parts, or at its discretion the replacement of the product. In no event shall powertooloutlet.ie be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages. 

PRIVACY POLICY:

powertooloutlet.ie does not disclose buyers' information to third parties under any circumstances.
